Time Commitment
The notes above by each event - and those below - try to give an idea of how much time is required the different for events: -

The "offshore" races generally require a mid/late afternoon departure on the Friday, returning on the Sunday (or Monday if over a Bank Holiday), allowing some time at home before going back to work. There is an exception in the St Malo race which starts early on the Friday.

The Beneteau Cup starts on a Thursday and runs through the weekend.

The other events generally require a full weekend, although with a Saturday morning start.

The JOG Christchurch Bay and Nab Tower races and the Round the Island Race, are Saturday only.
